I got a new laptop for christmas! Mom and Dad bought me a laptop and when I opened I was like HOLY CRUD! I HAVE A LAPTOP! It was so funny. Santa brought us a wii, and all kinds of other things. He bought Dad a cigar cutter!!?!!

I'm a trumpet player now! I finally switched and I'm making really good noises come out of it and I'm so happy! I'm pretty sure we'll get a video here soon but I'm not quite sure how to do that so in the meantime I will be practicing my trumpet until we figure it out. I sure can't wait for that though!

LCROSS impact

I heard from my bus driver that NASA is going to send a module called LCROSS to impact and try and find water on the moon. on NASA TV they are going to show it live tomorrow at 6:15 am.

patrol of the month.

i went to a patrol meeting today and they gave us donuts and such, buuuuut, later they announced who the two patrols of the month were and i just thought, ok,they're not going to pick me and they announced the bus patrol of the month and they said Ethan Hamilton and i just thought holy crud they picked me so i stood up and the patrol teacher said please stand up so i stood up and i had this wierd feeling in my chest and i just was happy so the meeting continued and later i got a gold badge so i wear two badges for a month, im so happy!!!!!!

possible plane ride!!!!!!!

if i save up $62.50 than i can get a plane ride because mom will pay the rest of the fare (full fare 250 bucks whooeee) and i'll fly in an old biplane for 30 minutes possibly by a russian combat ace pilot! notice that i clearly stated possibly.

You know, its not all that bad living here. The schools are excellent and there are lots of kids for me to make friends with. Like on my moms blog, rocks and rills, I took part in the marathon on the mall,that was really fun because we hit 11 museums in less than 12 hours!

patrolling incidents

well, in my last post i was talking about 2 patrol incidents, well they both involve the same kid on 2 days in a row. On the first time it took the kid a while to get his first warning from me because he was smacking people with paper and his backpack so he got two warnings that day and today i had to give him a warning because it looked a lot like he was strangling the kid next to him, he was also slamming the kids head with the bottom of his fist.

hi i am ethan hamilton, i am a student of kent gardens elementary and i love it too. I am learning how to play trombone and it is not that difficult.I am also a safety patrol at my school so i get to go around on the bus and make sure everyone is sitting down and not hitting each other which there have been several incedents of and i had to deal with.
