patrol of the month.
i went to a patrol meeting today and they gave us donuts and such, buuuuut, later they announced who the two patrols of the month were and i just thought, ok,they're not going to pick me and they announced the bus patrol of the month and they said Ethan Hamilton and i just thought holy crud they picked me so i stood up and the patrol teacher said please stand up so i stood up and i had this wierd feeling in my chest and i just was happy so the meeting continued and later i got a gold badge so i wear two badges for a month, im so happy!!!!!!

Congratulations, Mr. E. When I was on the safety patrol in 1959 we never got donuts and such. And two badges? No way. (Did they have any french crullers? my favorite!)
i didnt know you were part of a safety patrol and thatnks, and i dont think they had french crullers.
